AVIONICS PROGRAM

Twin Otter International, LTD (TOIL) is a DOE and NASA approved operator that provides aerial survey, surveillance and airborne research aircraft as well as engineering and technical support to the Science Community.  TOIL is a world renowned deHavilland Twin Otter (DHC-6-300) expert.  TOIL buys Twin Otters, converts them to "Vistaliners" and leases them with full parts and technical support to airlines and tour operators throughout the world.
